Tuesday Tidbits No.51

I’m a little behind in my Tuesday Tidbits and I usually take a break from them in the summer but my blogger friends have been creating so many fantastic dishes that I thought I’d do one just to highlight all the beauty and inspiration for my fellow foodies.  So hang on to your hat and be prepared to be amazed! In no particular order, here are some recipes that are making me shout – “Fabulicious!”

Wild Caught Tuna Crostini  |  The View from Great Island

The dishes I’ve picked for you today are particularly good for summer entertaining.  Don’t you just love the colours of Sue’s mouth-watering crostinis?!

Summer Pasta Salad Platter with Sweet Tea Dressing  |  Two Purple Figs

There’s something for everyone on this artfully arranged platter by Mahy.  She’s so talented!

Strawberry and Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta  |  The Cafe Sucre Farine

This is perfection from Chris.  Can you just imagine that first bite?  I would like one for dessert every day please!

Lemon Asparagus Pasta with Grilled Chicken  |  Dinner at the Zoo

Lemon + Asparagus + Pasta + Chicken = everyone’s favourite healthy scrumptiousness.  I’m not sharing this if it’s on my table!  Sara’s beautiful recipes are family friendly and crowd pleasers.

Honey Soy Chicken Wings  |  Omnivore’s Cookbook

Watching Maggie grill is a joy and when I visit her in October, I’ll be pleading for a big plate of these!  Awesome!

Warm Rapini, Artichoke and OKA Cheese Dip  |  Seasons and Suppers

I have not been able to get this fabulous dip out of my mind since seeing it on Jennifer’s blog last month.   Can’t you hear the ooooh’s and awwhhh’s when you put this on the table?

Mini Deep Dish Berry Pies   |  Saving Room for Dessert

With berry season upon us, this delicious recipe needs to be at the fingertips of every foodie.  I get so happy every time I look at these gems!  Thanks, Tricia!

GOOD MORNING!!!!!!! How fun to see your Tuesday’s Tidbits again my friend! That dog rescue, wow. Team effort WORKS! And those recipes…that Panna Cotta PHOTO is perfection, and that grilled chicken and lemon asparagus pasta looks fantastic. Everything really, looks SUMMER!

We had a great fourth of July. We stayed home! It was quiet for a while, then the fireworks went off. But relaxation was our goal, and we sure got that accomplished!

Have a fabulous day. Talk soon this week!

I love doing Tidbits, Anita, but it’s so time consuming that it’s hard to fit it in with everything else :). I need about 4 assistants!
Glad to hear you’re re-energizing and taking it easy. That’s what holidays are about. Looking forward to chatting!

I have a love/hate relationship with chicken. I’m never sure how I feel about it,lol. It depends on whether my latest chicken was a success or not! Hope you’re enjoying your weekend!
