It was sooooooo cold and damp today. We are all about eating soups and we love the fact that this wild rice is only 10 minutes until cooked. Time saver.

Soups like this one always make it so easy to shoo summer off. I’m really really looking forward to using up my leftover turkey by making this scrumptious soup! Wild rice and turkey together create such a substantial soup option, and it’s guaranteed belly-warming goodness. The fact that you’ve used so many other healthy and fresh ingredients is a huge bonus! Those little broccoli florets have me all heart-eyed over here <3
