We’ve officially hit Summer and the backyard BBQ’s and park picnics are in full swing and for that we need some healthy coleslaw recipes! On the menus these days are fried chicken, hot dogs, and triple decker burgers so let’s keep the salads crisp, colourful and low-cal!
I’ve made this simple for you with a quick round-up of my favourite coleslaw recipes. You see, I’m not yet done with this latest obsession, ha! There may be one more slaw left in me this summer so bear with me 🙂 These are great on burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, fish tacos and a great topping on a grilled protein. You’re going to love these!

June 28, 2016 at 4:24 pmHello my dear! I hope you are not too busy now?
I am truly enjoying my summer. To think I have all of July AND half of August. YAY!
I have so much to do, and don’t know where to start. I know where I want to go in my writing, where I want to go in my photography, but it’s a long road. Starting is tough, however.
OH WELL, all in fun. Enjoy your day!

June 29, 2016 at 9:03 pmI LOVE ME SOME CABBAGE which means I love me some COLESLAW! I like the non-mayo based coleslaws though! Olive oil dressings or Avocado oil dressings are the best in my opinion!
