Granola bars filled with yummy flavours such as coconut, maple, honey, cinnamon and chocolate chips is the best way to start off the new year, don’t you think?
Ok, how scrumptious looking are these babies?! When I had my first bite all I could think about was how lucky that I had a 2nd and a 3rd bite coming too! I love the crunch, coconut and chocolate in every mouthful.
Best of all, these are super easy to make and kids and adults alike are going to gobble these up. They’re filling too and one bar is going to see you through your hunger pangs.
These are great for breakfast, the kid’s lunches or after school snack. Take one to work to get you through the 2pm slot where you wish you had a bed in your office for a quick nap. One warning – the yumminess is addictive!
Cheers!

Michelle is my friend, hair stylist and all around amazing person. She may be younger than me but she is my role model because she leads a life of courage, class and joyfulness!
She has agreed to do some baking for the blog and I’m so excited because she has embarked on a healthy eating journey with her husband and two young children. I can’t wait to share her recipes! I am also looking forward to sharing her life story with you with her next dish. You’ll come to love her and admire her just as I have.
