Gingerbread Box and Mason Jars from Recipe Tin Eats.
Best looking Christmas present ever, right!? We all love getting homemade presents, especially food! With that being said, food in general is something that we love recieving as gifts. Whether you find that fruit baskets make great gifts or you chose to make a cake inspired by Mary Berry, it’s the thought that counts! I teamed up with 44 fellow bloggers to bring you 45 Of The Best Edible Gift Ideas on BuzzFeed and I hope you’ll pop over and visit and bookmark some of their amazing creations. There is something for everyone – healthy, decadent, traditional – you’ll find it all there!
Nagi from Recipe Tin tells us that these Gingerbread Box and Mason Jars are easy; they just take time. This is definitely something I will have to try with my limited baking experience. If I deliver these as presents, my family will faint with disbelief! lol. I’ve just GOT to do these.
Homemade Tonic Water from Pinch and Swirl
Marissa from Pinch and Swirl has gone all out to create the perfect Homemade Tonic Water. Marissa uses lemongrass, zest, lavender, cardamom, allspice and creates magic! So much care and attention put into the perfect drink – love it!
Healthy Harvest Buckeyes from Half Baked Harvest
If you’re a regular reader here, you’re familiar with Tieghan from Half Baked Harvest. She’s one of my very favourite bloggers and I’ve featured her recipes here many times. These healthy gems are no bake, no fuss and vegan and gluten-free, too! The best of all worlds!
My Nanaimo Bars are #33. They were very popular last Christmas and though they are not healthy in any way whatsoever – well, they do have dark chocolate – we all deserve a little bit of decadence during the holidays, don’t we? !
I hope you’ll pop over to BuzzFeed and leave a comment or tick one of the boxes. It’s been great joining all these talented foodies for Christmas fun. Cheers!

November 30, 2014 at 6:53 pmDearest Robyn,
My goodness there is much to choose from on this list! Thank you for sharing it with us, and for doing it early enough that we can actually put it to use.
I have been mulling over what I will make this year to give away and share with loved ones, and I may just go off of this list for something new. 🙂
Your nanaimo bars look amazing. Rich, but amazing!
Sweet blessing to you, Debbie

December 1, 2014 at 7:55 amHi Debbie,
I love that the gingerbread house is so easy to make. I am going to give it a try! The Nanaimo bars are the only thing on the blog that are unhealthy, lol, but my grandmother taught me to make them and given that they come from my home, Vancouver Island, I just had to have them on here. I have to admit, I really do love them!
Thanks for visiting, sweet lady. xoox
