September 4, 2016 at 11:38 amHello sweet lady!
You have shared with us some delightful recipes from a great number of sources, thank you! I picked up some lovely tomatoes and cucumbers from a farm market last week about two hours from our home and have really enjoyed their fresh flavors. Being in the mountains we are deprived of fresh produce unfortunately, so I enjoy it when I can.
Our peaches have been delicious this year, I travel to get them as well. I’ll be baking a pie for my husband today. 🙂
It’s always a joy visiting with you!
Enjoy the remainder of your long weekend~

September 5, 2016 at 4:27 amHi there, Debbie!
I had no idea you had to drive so far for fresh produce. Do you buy frozen for your meals? Actually, most frozen fruits and veggies are fresher than the ‘fresh’ ones you buy at the grocery store. Thank goodness for farmers’ markets!
Oh, I hope you share your peach pie on your blog – would love to see it!
The long weekend has been fabulous so far. I hope yours has been too 🙂 Take good care, my daffy friend!
