bon appetit has a great new slideshow with great tips on how to use this sauce.  More and more people are experimenting with this flavourful condiment and there is no end in sight for it’s uses.
 Sriracha is a hot sauce originally developed for seafood in Thailand but has become popular worldwide. It is a paste of chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt.  Compared to jalapeno peppers, it is about half as hot.  Take a peek at their suggestions.  Bon appetit always has great ideas.

    I like caramelized brussel sprouts but sometimes they feel plain – this could do the trick. I have never actually tried the sauce but have been hearing about it a lot lately.
