Happy Tuesday, everyone. Are you finding that even though the daylight is getting shorter each day that your workday seems to be getting longer? Me, too! With the busy holiday season approaching quickly, we all need to take some a moment to breathe, relax and have a few chuckles. Ready? Set? Have fun!!
Today’s featured blogger is Michelle from Healthy Recipe Ecstasy. Regular readers will recognize Michelle from an earlier Tidbits last July and today we have some new recipes. Michelle also recently announced she’s expecting her first baby and she’s written some wonderful posts about her journey to date. She’ll be developing healthy recipes for pregnant women over the next few months that we can bookmark for ourselves and share with friends. Michelle writes beautifully expressive posts and it’s as much fun reading her anecdotes as it is discovering her new recipes.
For the new readers, let me tell you that I was immediately drawn to her blog because, like so many of us enthusiastic foodies, she has a passion for great tasting dishes while keeping it healthy. Michelle believes you don’t have to give up your favourite foods to eat right, you just have to create a new way to cook them. As you know, I`m all in with that and I am crushing on her recipes.
Michelle is an attorney who loves to sample new cuisines on her globe trotting adventures as well as preparing delightful creations for her readers. Doesn’t she look like you want to make her your new best friend? I just know sharing a meal with Michelle would be a ton of fun! You’ll be chomping at the bit to visit her site when you take a look at just a couple of my favourites.

With our busy schedules today, I think we could all use a pair of rocket skates! Can you imagine if we were all zipping around on these?
You just strap them on to your shoes and away you go. Once you’re in, you just glide along the streets effortlessly. You can even walk up and down the stairs with them on.
What do you think? Is this the answer for you to keep up with your hectic life? I’m guessing you’d save a lot on your shoe budget because those things don’t look like they’d accommodate designer heels!

Here is a collection of some funny ones. Each clip is about 90 seconds long so you can watch one, two or a bunch. Have a great day, everyone!

October 28, 2014 at 7:25 amHappy Tuesday to you Robyn! Congratulations to Michelle and looking forward to reading her upcoming recipes featuring healthy meals for expectant moms. That photo of Yuanyang, China is just stunning! I think that should be the new fashion here in Hong Kong with wheels as everyone likes to get places fast, very handy. I have to add just one more thing to what kids have learned, if your mom is serving some disgusting clam based sauce and your a little kid don’t expect your dog to eat the clams to cover for you. Been there, done that! Wishing you a super Tuesday! Take Care, BAM
